FEMALE SKI COMMUNITY'S IMPACT
I love skiing, but nothing makes me happier than skiing with my friends. Soft snow is that much more fun when combined with frosty ponytails and laughter. Im so proud to be a female in the industry every day and I can’t wait to see how atomic athletes continue to push the envelope of going big, but moreover, having fun.

FEMALE ROLE MODEL(S)
While it might sound a little cliché, I really look to my girlfriends here as role models. Their boundless optimism and ability to feed off of eachother's energy in the mountains creates an environment that fosters new pursuits big or small. Everyone brings their own stash of knowlege and have this amazing way of sharing without an ounce of ego.

PROJECTS YOUR WORKING ON THIS YEAR
Aside from the 1000 piece puzzle currently on my dining room table my projects include skiing some Jackson classics in the Park with my Sister who also lives here.

ADVICE FOR YOUNG RIPPERS
A good mentor is key in my opinion. Someone who makes you feel comfortable with in the mountains and gives you that little push when you need it.

FEMALE SKI COMMUNITY'S IMPACT
The female ski community serves as a constant source of inspiration and motivation - in my skiing, personal life, and professionally. The community motivates me to push myself, try new things, and make skiing and the ski industry more inclusive however I can.

FEMALE ROLE MODEL(S)
I find inspiration and look up to so many women for different aspects of my life! Number 1 is always My Mom. Michelle Parker, Emily Harrington, all of our Atomic ambassadors and my close friends.

PROJECTS YOUR WORKING ON THIS YEAR
Working on drops (both skiing and biking), as well as reading more books than I did last year! Work-wise, I'm focused on getting more women stoked on skiing, and continuously improving Atomic's online community and digital experience.

ADVICE TO YOUNG FEMALE RIPPERS
Smile when you're doing something scary - it'll make it less scary. Don't forget to have fun!

FEMALE SKI COMMUNITY'S IMPACT
The female ski community means so much to me as it helped to shape my professional mogul skiing career as well as getting started in my professional business career. Prior to joining Atomic's Marketing Team this past Fall, I was a professional mogul skier based out of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. And, I can safely say that without the amazing amount of female skiers, teammates, and coaches I had around me in Steamboat, my dreams of competing at the World Cup level may not have come true.

It brings a different vibe and energy when you surround yourself with a group of women (all high-achieving and hard-working) and I was able to learn so much from them throughout my skiing career. The sense of community and family that we had fostered in Steamboat was one-of-a-kind, and the results of our team, both on the national and international level, showed just that.

It makes me excited and stoked when I see women pushing their limits, challenging the norm, and achieving personal goals they have set. I feel as though the female ski community is growing at an amazing rate, and while my personal experiences mainly revolve around mogul skiing, I want to be one of the people to help other women find their place within this amazing community regardless of skill level or ski discipline.

ADVICE TO YOUNG FEMALE RIPPERS
Surround yourself with a bunch of friends when you ski and if you believe you can do something, send it! Be confident in yourself and your abilities, and I'm not sure it's possible to dream too big.

FEMALE SKI COMMUNITY'S IMPACT
Ensuring that young female skiers have strong role models either in an athlete, a coach or a mentor is crucial to keep them in the sport for a lifetime. A network of females who carve some awesome turns, jump off cliffs or even beat the boys is what we need to showcase our side of the sport. It is all about having fun and showing off a little too.

FEMALE SKI COMMUNITY'S IMPACT
The female ski community is super important to me. It's a small tight-knit family! It has shaped who I am as a person basically my entire life; starting from my racing days, to my days as a sales rep, and now with in the product team. In such a male dominated industry it has become even more of an importance to me!

FEMALE ROLE MODEL(S)
It is sad how hard I had to think about this question, because all of my role models have been men.

From a skiing standpoint, the skier whose technique and power I admired most was Janica Kostelic.  She was such a fierce competitor.  The force she skied with was enough to make you think she would shake the mountain, but at the same time she was still able to be incredibly light on her feet.  Her technique was impeccable!

I had always admired Flo Jo as an athlete.  Not only was she able to perform the way she did, but she was also unique in her style.  She did not care what people thought, she just continued to prove herself through her running ability and creative outfits.  I do believe she was a figure who paved the way for women athletes to express themselves.

PROJECTS YOU'RE WORKING ON THIS YEAR
All Atomic products, men's and women's, from head to toe, for the US Market for the next few years!

ADVICE TO YOUNG FEMALE RIPPERS
Keep going out of your comfort zone!  Make sure you never lose track of having fun, because it should be fun!  Always try to surround yourself with the right people to make your ski days the best they can be, and sometimes if that means you need time for yourself, take it!  Soon you will see the ski community is a small, tight family.  Develop these relationships and you will have a family for life no matter where you go!
