What length of ski poles? You're wondering how long ski poles for women need to be?

The pole size should be chosen to fit your body length (A). A simple formula for this is: K x 0.7. Another way to determine the appropriate ski pole length for alpine use is the practical test. To do this, turn the pole upside down and grip it under the plates. With the pole touching the ground, the forearm and upper arm should form a right angle. The length table shows orientation values for grown-ups. If in doubt, choose the longer pole length, as a pole can easily be shortened.
