World Champion Season: Highlights from Freeride 2023

The Freeride World Tour season was filled with incredible moments, including a transition from moguls to freeride by a former Olympic Medalist and a retirement from an icon of the sport. Join us as we recap the top moments and athletes of the season.

Starting with Sybille Blanjean, who landed on the podium at the first stop. While she could not secure a spot in the FWT Finals, she proved she still belongs on the Tour through the Challenger series to resecured her spot for next season.

During the Fieberbrunn stop, Arianna Tricomi received a wildcard spot and returned to Wildseeloder for the first time since 2021. Here, she showed why she was the former World Champion and took the win.

The biggest news on the Tour this season, though, was from Justine Dufour-Lapointe. Justine transitioned from moguls to freeride skiing and won not Women's Rookie of the Year and the Overall Freeride World Tour title within just one year.

This season was also with the retirement of Aymar Navarro, a longtime icon in the sport. Aymar had many successful seasons on the Tour but decided it was time to hang up the bib and focus on new aspects of skiing. The Team wishes him all the best in his future projects.

Congrats to our Team for skiing strong, and with the World Champion title returning to the Brand, we are thrilled and already looking forward to next season.
