Shell is made from thermoformable material but very thin. My new boots was destroyed by bootfiter in canting area. Probably were overheated (canting screw area) and now are not stiff and stable in the transverse direction. They are not suitable for use. I have reported to consumer service in Poland. With the intention that maybe someone else would avoid it. (e.g. review of settings, lower temp.). I was directed to the shop, the bootfitter in the shop said it was such material.
