Nice and super ski!
The slope was in good condition. It was hard and a little icy and grippy. Only at the beginning of the track were a few small snow chunks. And it was night skiing.
And the skis themselves were super to ride. For me just the right length and radius. The edges have gripped when I really needed them. And you can really lie down when skiing down. Only in the beginning the first few turns I had to be accustomed to the ski and the binding. But that was done quickly for me.

Phenomenal, in one word
Bought 182cm size few weeks ago and went for 5 day ski trip. This is the best Redster G9 I ever skied on, super fast, stable, responsive, agile, glued to the surface on high speeds. I just could not get enough. Even on not groomed surface, it is yet still stable and responsive. I think titanium plates provide faster "power steering" response vs servotek. I have not tried similar skies on the market but this one is one to beat in my POV.

I was testing atomic redster x9 rs 175cm. Great ski for perfect slopes conditions. The ski is ideal for longer turns and higher speeds. It's also no problem to ski with it in the afternoon when the slopes are already used up. Definitely for a more experienced skier.

i had the x9rs 175cm
mounting position of x16 + racing plate on an awkward position - maybe just the binding was mounted strangely far in the front, overall stiffness really strange - long turns hardly possible as to much power in the front and ski starts to cut to far in the snow --> deceleration , short turns difficult as stiffness doesn't provide a rebound at the end of the turn.
overall really strange ski - maybe wrong circumstances with snow and slope and history as I am only using GS 193 + icon + aluminium plate normally
