    Sales Analyst (m/f) Winter Sports Equipment 

    (preferably located in Altenmarkt im Pongau near Salzburg or in Garching near Munich)

    The Sales Analyst (m/f) is responsible for mastering commercial business intelligence and supporting decision making process with effective reporting and analysis on commercial fundamentals. The primary focus for this role is the on-going definition, development and reporting of Winter Sports Equipment Business and to support and manage projects. This position will also include contributing to Demand Planning through systematic reconciliation with Commercial and Financial Targets.

    Sales Controlling and Analysis

    • Master the IT systems and data bases to collect and distribute accurate figures to the management
    • Master current business management tools (incl. Hyperion, BI, GRM, QlikView) and develop easy to use planning and analysing tools
    • Develop standard reports and executive dashboards to track business progress
    • Analyse results versus expectations (sales, margins and inventory management) and drive actions needed to meet financial targets
    • Work with Sales Operations team to adapt reporting to our needs
    • Order book review and analysis
    • Drive risk and opportunity analysis

    Support Sales / Demand Planning Process​

    • Manage sales forecast process with Commercial teams
    • Contribute to demand plan through systematic reconciliation with commercial and financial targets
    • Consolidate sales / demand plan and communicate to Category, Brand and Financial leadership
    • Inventory management analysis and forecasting

    Market Intelligence​

    • Master market intelligence by evaluating market size and shares and providing competitor analysis

    • Expertise in data management and analysis
    • Knowledge of IT software, (SAP, BI, QlikView, Excel), agile in using IT solutions for planning

    Head of Business Controlling Operations and Supply Chain Management (m/f) Winter Sports Equipment

    The Head of Business Controlling (m/f) Winter Sports Equipment (WSE) Operations and Supply Chain Management works closely with operations management on the strategic development of our industrial set up and is responsible for the development and execution of all operations controlling activities. Areas covered by operations controlling are mainly planning, purchasing, production, quality and engineering.


    KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Providing high value added financial support to drive business decision making in Amer Sports WSE divisions, industrial operations and supply chain management
    • Creating and implementing strategies designed to achieve our overall global business objectives
    • Cooperating with operations and supply chain management on maintenance and continuous improvement of performance measures for tracking progress of specific plans and programs
    • Continuous development of organisation, processes and practices to improve operational efficiency
    • Developing and implementing communication vehicles to ensure clear dissemination of strategies to all WSE sites and within Amer Sports
    • Building strong cross function working relationships and partnering with the general management, brand finance and controlling, supply chain team to convert business initiatives into actions and business results
    • Leading a lean team of finance professionals spread over WSE locations

    YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    • University degree with focus on finance, accounting or controlling
    • Min. 5-10 years of professional experience in operational / production controlling in an international company
    • Combination of business development and operational management skills with strong analytical capabilities
    • Experienced in leading a team and proven leadership skills
    • Ability to communicate in a clear and cooperative way with all departments
    • Fluent English and German skills required, French skills are an advantage
    • Willingness to drive change

    The monthly collective agreement’s minimum salary for this position is € 3.134,90 gross.     Software Entwickler (m/w)

    Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

    Ihre Qualifikationen:

Sie konnten sich bereits Know-how in der Entwicklung grafischer Benutzeroberflächen mit beispielsweise ZENON oder WINCC aneignen und verfügen über Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen C# oder ähnliche. Kenntnisse der objektorientierten Programmierung sind ebenfalls von Vorteil. MS Office und Englisch Kenntnisse sind Grundvoraussetzungen für diese Position. Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und hohes Engagement genießen bei uns besonderen Stellenwert. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt monatlich ab brutto € 2.391,15.
