- Fun fact
- I am an AVID line dancer. Some may say obsessed. It is so so fun!
- What do you love most about the sport?
- I love the feeling of freedom you get on skis. I feel like it is the closest I can feel to flying. When I am skiing, there is a feeling of grace I am always seeking. The ultimate connection between mind and body where you feel yourself flowing with the world around you. I also love the people skiing has connected me with. I have traveled so many incredible places in my career, and it is the people I have met and connections I have made, through the shared passion of sliding on snow, that have stayed with me.
- Theme song
- "How Can We Be Lovers If We Can't Be Friends" Michael Bolton - it is a straight banger, so true lyrically and just turns any frown right upside down!
- Advice to younger athletes out there
- To trust yourself. I feel like building a solid trust and love for yourself the fundamentals to living and if you choose the challenging path of being an athlete, you need this more than most! An athletic career will challenge you, but also open up a life you could only dream of. You need to be secure in who you are to dance that path with grace and joy.
PS: I am still working on this :)
