About Eva Maria
Born in Schwaz, Tirol, Eva-Maria Brem lives in nearby Munster and made her World Cup debut in Lienz in December 2005 at the age of 17 in slalom. She reached the greatest success of her career in the 2015/16 season when she won the crystal globe for the giant slalom World Cup in a heart-stopping final – with only 2 points difference. In the previous season she won the gold medal in the team event at the World Championships in Vail/Beaver Creek. In 2021 she ended her active career after numerous injuries.
