What do you love most about the sport?
What I love most about skiing is the flow state it creates. I have a very active mind and ADHD, so it's rare for me to feel completely present. When I'm skiing, all the outside noise fades away and my focus narrows to the moment. It's one of the few times when my mind feels quiet, and I'm fully connected to my body, the mountain, and the experience itself.

Advice to younger athletes out there
Just get out there and do it! Don't let fear of judgment prevent you from starting. It's normal to fall, to look silly at times. It's all part of learning and everyone experiences it. Find friends or a community to go out with and you will feel more supported and can make mistakes together through the learning process.
