I love the comfort the fit and how I’m not cold wearing it. The issue comes with the lens « note the helmet is well fitted » but it fogs up and when it does you lose time going in to defrost it happens near the sides and the cushion just moistens up. To the point if it’s below weather it freezes inside creating a shield of ice - *impossible to clean properly since it’s inside and you lose some good visibility. I am in total agreement with the other reviewers regarding the visor being completely unusable during cold and snowy days. I find it very poor customer service for a company that is so well known and of your size. Shame on you. Instead of thanking us for our feedback, a better suggestion would be to replace the visors for all those affected. We all spent a lot of money on something that is nothing more than a glorified helmet. When it snows and is a bit windy, the visor fills up with ice and i smiply can't use it. Following the stores advise I went with the integrated goggles. I had great expectations for the new set up. The helmet fits great, however the goggles are useless. At temperatures below -15C a layer of ice forms on the goggles and makes visibility zero. I do not have any icing / freezing problems with my goggles. I've removed the visor and went back to my goggles. Snow or wet snow or rain as the case may be in Fernie, BC Canada, enters through the top brim and streams onto the goggle lens. Terrible. Lens is just okay not as great in low light as described.
