<span itemprop="description">I have been using these pole for training and racing for 3 months. They are light, stiff and have great swing feel. The straps are excellent and quick release. If possible ask for the correct size of straps for your hand size. All the poles I have received have arrived with medium straps which are too small for larger hands, especially while wearing warmer gloves in cold conditions. They would receive a 5 star rating if the baskets were quick change.</span>
