At the classic sprint in Drammen the Swede landed her fourth single podium this winter. "I have allowed myself to be a bit disappointed after the World Championship, tired and sick, but I knew that the energy will come back when it really matters." And that's exactly what she did - in Drammen only 1.26 seconds were missing for victory. The 27-year-old currently occupies third position in the Overall Sprint ranking before the final on Friday in Québec (Canada).
In the wake of Hanna Falk, Atomic team colleague Kathrine Rolsted Harsem achieved her best career result with fourth place in the Sprint, but was missing two seconds for the podium. Only four days later, the 28-year-old demonstrated her extensive qualities. Over 30 km in the Classic technique, Harsem achieved the 13th place in Holmenkollen. Compatriot Simen Hegstad Krueger started 23rd over 50km, but improved to 16th place in the last 20km.
