INSIDE ATOMIC SKIWEAR
Here at Atomic we don’t just make ski gear, we use it too: we spend lots of time on the snow so we design our skiwear to function for us – and you, too. Atomic skiwear features GORE-TEX® to keep you dry and GORE® WINDSTOPPER® for optimum wind protection and breathability.
TECHNICAL FABRICS WITH MEMBRANES
GORE-TEX® products are durably waterproof and windproof combined with optimized breathability. Our 3-layer construction with tricot or flannel backing bonds the GORE-TEX® membrane to both the outer fabric and the inner lining. The benefit: no movement between the layers, which means less wear and tear, and enhanced durability.
3L Stretch GORE® WINDSTOPPER® Garments with WINDSTOPPER® fabric are totally windproof yet extremely breathable. The WINDSTOPPER® membrane is an ultra thin protective layer which is laminated to a lightweight textile layer. A durable outer fabric treatment provides protection of water repellency. The fabric's stretch gives great freedom of movement.

GORE-TEX® CARE INSTRUCTIONS
GORE-TEX® garments are easy to care for. Routine care will ensure excellent performance and extend their life. Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions. Before laundering, zip the front closure, pockets and pit zips completely, and fasten all flaps and straps.
Machine wash on a warm cycle (105º F/40º C) using a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice, minimize spinning to reduce creasing. Do not use powder detergents or any products that contain fabric softeners, conditioners, stain removers or bleach as they will affect garment performance. Do not wash with heavily soiled clothing.
Line dry your garment, or tumble dry it on a warm, gentle cycle. Once it is dry, tumble dry your garment for 20 minutes to reactivate the durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment on the outer fabric.
If unable to tumble dry, iron the dry garment on gentle setting (warm, no steam) by placing a towel or cloth between the garment and the iron. This will help reactivate DWR treatment on your garment’s outer fabric.
Gore recommends home laundering. If professional dry cleaning is necessary, request that the cleaner use clear distilled hydrocarbon solvent for rinsing. After dry cleaning, the garment’s outer fabric will need a new water-repellent treatment. Follow your garment manufacturer’s instructions.
Do not use chlorine bleach.
When the factory applied treatment can no longer be reactivated, apply a new water-repellent treatment (available at local outdoor retailers) to the garment’s outer fabric.
