The Atomic Nordic Unit is already in top form at the beginning of the season. Especially the newcomers in the Redster team: Atomic comeback Simon Eder is in great shape; completed three races in Pokljuka, Slovenia without missing a single shot. The result: third in the 20 km individuals, ninth in the sprint, fourth in the pursuit, in the Top 10 in all races to-date. And in Slovenia difficult conditions for the service team, as Atomic Nordic Team Manager Peter Landl explains: “At the beginning spring like temperatures, then it got colder every day, and weather like this is always a unique challenge. Then it’s even better that Simon’s success confirmed his decision that he’s with the right team with Atomic.” And he is, just as he said: “I had rockets under my feet, which made it easier to ski.”
The detailed analysis also showed that the Swiss Atomic biathlete Benjamin Weger is in good shape: 9th place in the pursuit; he started off better this winter than a year ago.
