Revoshock

Born on the race cource.
BuilT for the Piste.

Our quest to create faster skis led us to Revoshock, the pinnacle of ski stabilization and shock absorption. Skis perform better when they’re in contact with the snow. Rough snow conditions disrupt this connection and decrease control. When you’re racing, maintaining your line is the difference between winning and losing. Revoshock keeps the ski stable, vibration-free, and in total control so you can rip around the gates on a perfect line.

Revoshock keeps your skis stable in rutted conditions, but it’s more than just a damping system. A series of spring steel modules encased in dynamic elastomer absorb bumps and ski chatter. This is where Revoshock earns its distinction: after absorbing the input from the piste, Revoshock rebounds that energy, moving it from the front of the ski back into the snow, creating a responsive, powerful, predictable ride that accelerates out of every turn. Revoshock is one part dampening system, one part turbo-boost.

Redster Revoshock turns unwanted shocks into confidence-building stability and unparalleled acceleration.

WHAT‘S NEW ABOUT THE REDSTER SKI?

When it comes to innovative technologies that often make the difference between victory and defeat, Atomic regularly sets the tone. Revoshock is the latest innovation in that tradition. Initially developed for World Cup skis, it is now available to ambitious skiers worldwide within the brand-new Redster lineup. The technology utilizes a series of spring steel modules placed on top of impact-absorbing elastomers. This built-in suspension system for skis absorbs distracting shocks and vibrations before they reach your feet. The advantage over other damping systems is Revoshock’s ability to not only reduce shocks and vibrations, but to rebound them.

 STABILITY

Utilizing a series of spring steel modules each encased in impact-absorbing elastomer, our revolutionary new Revoshock technology acts like a built-in suspension system for your skis to block distracting shocks before they reach your feet. So whether you’re straight-lining groomers or making fast turns at your limit, the race-proven Redster Revoshock provides a smoother, more precise run — freeing you up to concentrate on your skiing in total confidence.

 ACCELERATION

Revoshock doesn’t just absorb impacts — it rebounds them. From your ski tip to the binding plate, each spring steel module works in harmony to turn wasted energy into valuable acceleration out of the turn. And because a vibration-free ski leads to a more confident skier, you’ll find yourself pushing harder and faster than ever before.
