Pop through the crud, and freaking charge on the groomers. Lively and light, fast side to side, great hold on the ice. Maybe I am too heavy? Definitely not 186 in length, runs extremely short. Also quite unstable. Cannot be driven hard. Feels too soft. I'm a ski patroller and I used to be a big fan of the skis. I've had a pair for just over 2 years (right outside the warranty), and the base started peeling off the wood core at the tip. Despite being a loyal customer and an industry professional, they weren't willing to make any exceptions to extend the warranty. I'm told this is a widespread problem with Atomic and other brands under their parent company including Salomon. Ski skied great, but are a no go.
