Withdrawal Disclaimer

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day you took possession of the goods. 

You can exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://atomic.com/pages/return-form. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the withdrawal notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Wilmington, Delaware, United States 19801 of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and, in any case, no later than thirty (30) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen (30) day period expires. The return address will be made available through our returns portal, on the return label or return form, or by our customer service team.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The applicable return shipping costs are disclosed before purchase in our shipping and delivery terms and are available to you prior to the conclusion of the contract.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs, such as personalized products. This includes, in particular, personalized skis and ski bindings mounted on skis.
2. Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
