Fun fact
It’s pretty normal for me to have one conversation in French, answer a call in German, write emails in English, and order coffee in Italian—all on the same day.
What do you love most about the sport?
What I love most about skimo is that it combines two things I love: going uphill and skiing back down. The mountains have always been my playground, and skimo lets me experience them in the most rewarding way.
Theme song
No favorite, depends on the mood.
Advice to younger athletes out there
Don’t be so hard on yourself. Trust the process, enjoy the journey, and never let results take away the joy that made you fall in love with the sport in the first place.
