BACHELORETTE IN UNIFORM: BEAUTIFUL, SMART AND BACK AGAIN
St. Moritz: Mirjam’s place of destiny. The Corviglia: her fateful mountain. The Engiadina: her fateful run. 2016: out of nowhere her World Cup première win in the season’s final. Not one year later, on 8th February 2017, her crash in training for the World Championship downhill. With serious consequences: fractured shinbone and fibula, sluggish healing process (unfortunately also known from her brother Joachim, who has already retired from racing), three operations in total. Since the last one in November 2017 it’s all improving. In the training camp on the Stilfser Joch in August she finally skied her Redster rockets at race speed. Outside of her skiing time Mirjam finally completed her Business Studies degree – Congratulations, Bachelorette. And a facebook post shows, that the multi-talented 26 year old (she’s also very talented musically) is probably the most beautiful policewoman in Austria. As a racer she’s definitely back in the future – #comeback2.0 #strongerthanever. The skiing world is definitely looking forward to see her at the start again.
