Who does not remember that moment at the Olympics in Nagano 1998, when Hermann Maier went sky-high in the Downhill race, just to win two gold medals in super g and giant slalom some days later and eventually turning into “Herminator”. But he is much more than this indestructible gladiator: 54 World Cup victories, 3 world championship titles and 4 overall world cup victories make him one of the most successful alpine athletes of all times and to date a true legend that is well-respected within the winter sports community which provides valuable input in the development of our alpine but also touring products.
