TOM´S STRESS RESISTANCE: MENTALLY AS TOUGH AS A NAVY SEAL.
90 kilos of power. Whoever stands opposite the muscleman Thomas Biesemeyer can easily go pale in the face. And that doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that he started his career on Whiteface Mountain, the Olympic mountain from 1980. He learnt to be patient during a prolonged injury in 2014. He proved his mental toughness last summer. Tom and his speed buddies from the UK ski team thought about a normal condition training camp on the coast. And then to the surprise of the coaches, they found themselves in a borderline experience, which reminded them a lot of a Navy Seals Buds Class (hardest part of the training for the US elite soldiers). Performance under stress: you can’t train better than this, than under permanent stress, lack of sleep and cold weather. The lad who loves nature (a great fan of the mountains even in the summer) mastered the unannounced stress resistance test easily. And this winter the Redster speed racer wants to attack with the mental toughness of a Navy Seal.
