What do you love most about the sport?
The best with cross country skiing is when both body and equipment are at the best, and I can ski fast and be fully present in the moment.
Theme song
I don't have a specific song, but I like country music. Its a great all-round genre, and in a way it reflects how I want to be as a skier - able to perform well in both sprint and distance.
Advice to younger athletes out there
My advice is to keep your training varied for as long as possible and take part of several different sports.
