About Marlies
Marlies Raich built up her career as "Marlies Schild" - but what kind of a career: 35 slalom victories in the World Cup which marked the record for the most victories in this discipline at that time, 56 times on the slalom podiums, and top-3 results in across all disciplines make her one of the most successful alpine athletes of all times. Countless severe injuries hindered more triumphs but did not take away her passion for winter sports which she today passes on to her three children.
