ATOMIC has made skiing even more fun with its "Pin It To Win It!" competition: a free app for the iPhone saves data such as speed, slope and lift distances and rewards skiers with pins. Up for grabs is a range of 2012-13-spec gear from ATOMIC.

Skiing has never been so much fun: the "Pin It To Win It!" competition is a unique opportunity to win ATOMIC prizes while out on the slopes. The competition finishes on April 14, when the prizes will be awarded. And the prizes are fantastic: for instance, the main prize will go to the participant who manages to collect the most points – a complete, seven-piece set of ATOMIC ski gear, which doesn't even hit the stores until the fall.

It's really easy to play "Pin It To Win It!": the free "MaptoSnow" tracking app for the iPhone needs to be installed and then run on three separate ski days of the player's choice before April 14. The app uses GPS to calculate various data such as current altitude or average speed, and the skier is rewarded with pins. For example, for every 20km skied, skiers are awarded a 20km pin, which is worth so many points. Pins mean points, so the more points a skier collects, the further up the rankings he or she moves.

Pins can be collected at all European ski resorts which support the "MaptoSnow" app. An up-to-date list of resorts can be found at www.maptosnow.com/faq.

Once you confirm your "Pin It To Win It!" entry, those pins collected on the first three days tracked by the app will be counted. You can choose any three days during the competition period (February 15 to April 14, 2012). After the third day, no more pins are awarded.

When the competition ends on April 14, the skier with the most points will be kitted out from head to toe by ATOMIC. Participants in 2nd to 10th places can also win 2012-13-spec gear.

"Pin It To Win It!" prizes:
- 1st prize: a full set of ski gear (one pair of skis, ski boots, poles, helmet, goggles, protectors, bag)
- 2nd prize: one pair of skis and ski boots
- 3rd to 5th: one pair of skis
- 6th to 10th: one pair of ski boots
