The best of winter 13/14: highlights from the Atomic collection

Whether piste, powder, park or backcountry, amateur racer or recreational skier, young or old, Atomic has the right equipment for everyone. Here is an overview of the highlights.

The Nomad and Nomad [S]: natural rides with ARC technology
The revolutionary ARC technology is now integrated in every Nomad and Nomad [S] ski. For the first time, this allows the ski to flex evenly along its entire length, resulting in greater flow, ultimate traction and a whole new level of feeling for the piste: the most natural ride ever. With the Blackeye Ti, the top model from the Nomad range, you can pull out all the stops both on- and off-piste. If on the other hand, you love hard pistes and high speed then your ideal choice is the Temper Ti from the newly developed Nomad [S] series.

The Waymaker Tour: a perfect fit and excellent backcountry performance
The new Waymaker Tour 110 ski touring boot takes backcountry skiing freedom to a whole new dimension. Thanks to the Atomic Medium Fit your feet will feel considerably more comfortable in the 101-mm lasts than in traditional ski touring boots. Firstly, thanks to Free/Lock System the cuff can move freely in ascent mode, which eases climbing, and secondly the Waymaker Tour sole elements are made from Skywalk rubber for extra grip on snow, ice and rocky surfaces. However, the Waymaker showcases its key strengths on descents: in Lock mode, the cuff provides the ultimate grip and its extremely lightweight and ultra-stiff Carbon Spine transfers power even more precisely to the ski.

The infamous: Jossi Wells' favorite shredder
With the infamous, pipe & park professional Jossi Wells has fulfilled a dream. Together with Atomic's designers he has created a ski that turns so easily, lands so softly and is so stable - even on rails - that it will convince you 100% too. This much style just has to be shared. Jossi has therefore rounded up some of the world's most talented young riders in order to rock the parks of this planet with them as the infamous squad.

The Marcel Hirscher Icon Series: ski like the World Champion
Marcel Hirscher is the first and the only skier on the World Cup circuit to ride a ski designed exclusively for him. The design of the Redster Marcel Hirscher SL MTL, which the overall World Cup winner himself helped to develop, is striking, progressive and reflects Marcel's skiing style: dynamic, aggressive and uncompromising. The ski is part of the unique Marcel Hirscher Icon Series, which anyone can get their hands on. With the Redster Marcel Hirscher JR II ETS and the Redster Marcel Hirscher JR III ETM, there are also two junior skis available. The Marcel-Hirscher-design Troop SL helmet completes the series by the two-time World Champion from Schladming.

Skiing is child's play with Atomic Bend-X technology
Getting children interested in the best sport in the world is no problem at all if they can control their skis effortlessly. This is why Atomic has developed the Redster JR, JR Vantage, Vantage Girl and Rascal kids' skis. They are equipped with the new Bend-X technology: a special flex zone in the binding area that allows children to flex their ski easily and with minimum power. A combination of this and the pronounced V-shape of the ski allows them to turn much more easily.

The Revel: the ski goggles with the perfect fit
No other ski goggles fit as well, as comfortably or as precisely as the new Atomic Revel³M: it is the top model from the first ski goggle collection with Live Fit technology. With its flexible Live Fit Adaptive Cuts, which are located around the frame, and its breathable Adaptive Foam, it adapts instantly and automatically to your face shape. Its frame design maximizes your field of vision and the high-quality, spherical double lenses (developed by Carl Zeiss Vision) are mirrored, as well as being impact- and scratch-resistant. Replacement lenses of equally high-quality are available for different conditions and the Quick Lens Switch system allows you to exchange them efficiently.
