ATOMIC STRIKES FREESTYLE GOLD IN PARK CITY. TWICE.

Last week over a hundred of the world´s finest freestyle skiers headed to Park City, Utah, for the FIS Freestyle World Cup: The US Grand Prix. And guess who finished on top of the podium? Gus Kenworthy and Ayna Onozuka - and their Atomic Punx Skis.

MARCEL’S GIANT SLALOM AT GARMISCH: THE THIRD BIGGEST WINNING MARGIN OF ALL TIME

The Marcel show goes on! And it´s getting even faster. In this weekend’s giant slalom in Garmisch he posted the best time in each run, and finished a total of 3.28 seconds ahead of the runner up – the third biggest winning margin in giant slalom history. Meanwhile Benni Raich finished third, and Kathrin Zettel took third place in the super combined in bansko.

BIATHLON – THE ATOMIC TEAM IS READY FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

HIGHLIGHT OF THE IBU YEAR. After Falun is before Kontiolahti. The biathlon World Championships start right after the Nordic Champioships. Up to 20 Atomic athletes of the internationl team will participate in Kontiolahti, Finland. The update on the best athletes of the Atomic biathlon team and their chances in Finland.

Mikaela’s red hot, Max is back and Tina takes third in Maribor

As the world cup enters its final phase, it’s another impressive performance from our Redster stars. Back on European snow, world champion Mikaela Shiffrin wins the slalom in Maribor and claims the red bib again. Max Franz regains his race pace taking second place in the downhill in Saalbach. And Tina Weirather cements her place in the world’s elite by taking third in the Giant Slalom in Maribor.

REDSTER ROCKETS TEAM ATOMIC TO EIGHT MEDALS AT 2015 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Despite dropping out just before the finish line of his fourth event, Marcel Hirscher was still the most successfull athlete at the World Ski Championships with two gold medals and one silver. Our U.S Team members, Mikaela Shiffrin and Travis Ganong, were also able to show their star quality infront of a home crowd. While Michaela Kirchgasser´s bronze medal in Super Combined and Mattias Hargins Bronze (TEAM), made it eight medals total for Team Atomic. A great World Championships thanks to a great team performance.

MARCEL WINS GOLD IN COMBINED EVENT, TRAVIS TAKES SILVER IN DOWNHILL, BRONZE MEDAL FOR MICHAELA

The pressure was on but they all were fast. The dedication and training for the Downhill at World championships in Beaver Creek have paid off: Travis Ganong proved that he is the next american star of ski racing. Both Michaela Kirchgasser and Marcel Hirscher showed once again just how fast the redsters can run: Marcel won the Alpine combined race, bronze medal for Michaela after the best downhill-performance of her life.

Mikaela Shiffrin - coming home.

It’s been a long time since Mikaela Shiffrin spent so much time at her home in Beaver Creek. Immediately after the Slalom in Flachau she jumped on a flight back home to prepare for an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: the World Championships on her home slopes. “It’s the dream that i never dared to dream“, she says. Now it’s about to come true, so we visited Mikaela at her home to find out how she’s feeling.
