Highlights of the 2012/13 Atomic collection
Even faster: The new Redster. Even more versatile: The new Vantage Series. Even more performance: the new Tracker BC Touring binding. An overview of the sensational new products of the 2012/13 Atomic collection.
A Rocker for everyone: this is Atomic's maxim for winter 2012/13. Because almost every Atomic ski now comes with a Rocker specifically tailored to the skier's desired terrain:
• The Piste Rocker prevents edge-catching on groomed slopes and delivers optimum edge grip for every turn.
• The Powder Rocker provides maximum lift and is especially agile in powder snow.
• And skis with the All Mountain Rocker are especially versatile, with optimum edge grip and excellent lift.

Redster: the new race series with World Cup heritage
The World Cup is part of the DNA of the new Redster: Marcel Hirscher has described the new Redster boot as the "fastest race boot ever made". Thanks to a newly developed ultra-stiff Carbon Spine, the Redster responds to the terrain with even greater sensitivity, steering the ski with greater precision and enabling more explosive acceleration than any other boot. The D2 Race, a World Cup serial winner, has also been completely re-designed. The Redster Doubledeck is an evolution of the D2 Race; it is just as smooth and dynamic as its predecessor, but the Piste Rocker and new Control Deck with four Power Transmission Bridges have made it more agile than ever. The Redster collection also includes the new Redster FIS helmet as well as poles and bags.
Vantage: more fun on any terrain
The new Vantage all-mountain twintip is a genuine all-rounder: versatile and easy to control, agile in powder, dynamic on the piste. Atomic's proprietary lightweight Backbone technology, which runs through the core, stabilizes the ski and ensures smooth running. The All Mountain Rocker – a combination of more pronounced rocker towards the tip and moderate rocker towards the tail of the ski – ensures optimum lift in powder. And the twintip shape makes steering and drifting even easier, making every turn effortless. The Vantage series encompasses four models: Ritual, Alibi, Theory and Panic. Automatic and Millennium – the new premium powder models
The Atomic freeski collection benefits from the expertise of the world's best freeski pros: Dana Flahr and Sage Cattabriga-Alosa were involved in the development of the new Automatic. Two massive Powder Rockers and stabilizing titanium inserts allow you to drift effortlessly through powder, while total control of the ski even at high speeds is a given. What makes the Automatic so special is that Sage came up with the design himself.
The Millennium for girls is also designed for maximum performance in powder: freeride pro Molly Baker helped to develop this 110 mm wide ski. Its Powder Rocker – a combination of two heavily cambered Rockers, one below the tip, the other at the tail – make the most extreme powder descents effortless, while the ski also delivers reliable grip on hard terrain. Tracker: the next generation of backcountry bindings
The new Tracker backcountry binding combines unique performance on the descent with sophisticated Hike & Ride technology: with its Low Profile Chassis, Oversized Platform and practical Hike & Ride switch, it is the most sensational binding on the market – and is set to change backcountry skiing for ever this winter.
