ATOMIC young star Lisa Magdalena Agerer crowns her streak of success in the Europa Cup – 8 victories in a row in 3 different disciplines, 7 of these within 14 days – with the predominant victory of the Europa Cup. Additionally the 20-year-old Italian also wins the giant slalom and downhill ranking. On Sunday, Agerer will participate in the World Cup finals in Schladming.

Lisa Magdalena Agerer’s Europa Cup season in numbers: 15 top-10 results, 9 of these were victories, one third place and finally today, at the Europa Cup finals in Pila in the Italian Aosta Valley, a second place in super-G, this is a total of 1029 points that put her in the lead by 400 points in the overall ranking. “I can’t find an explanation for this series. World Cup finals as reward for Agerer
Another Agerer fact: After her series of victories in Europa Cup, she participated in the World Cup in the giant slalom in Aare, where she achieved best time in the second run and improved from place 28 to place 7, her best World Cup result so far. She is part of the world’s elite. “To achieve a best time in the World Cup is amazing, it gives you self-confidence. Now I am very excited about the season’s finals in Schladming. To be allowed to race in front of so many excited spectators is a dream“, Agerer said. Despite of spring-like temperatures, Agerer’s thoughts already focus on next winter, “I’m already very excited about my first complete season in the World Cup."
