I am a skiing instructor, ski club official, trainer, etc. Am I entitled to any product discounts?
It is possible that a dealer in your region may offer discounts in conjunction with his Atomic partners. Please contact your dealer directly to ask about prices (click here for the Dealer Search function.) Atomic products cannot be purchased ex works.
How and where can I have boots fitted?
The perfect fit can only be achieved by visiting an authorised retailer. Use the Dealer Search function to locate a suitable dealer.
Can you send me the autograph of … ?
Individual Atomic athletes are responsible for providing autographs. The relevant contact details can be found on the athletes' personal websites, a list of which you will find here.
I am not happy with my Atomic product. Who should I contact?
We endeavour to provide all Atomic customers with high-performance products compliant with only the highest standards of quality. If you are in any way unhappy with the quality of the product you have purchased, please contact the Atomic office responsible for your country and they will try to find a solution to your problem as quickly as possible. Can I attend a guided tour of the factory?
Every day we are involved in the development of new technologies and the testing of new materials, which means that our production facilities are to a large extent closed to the public. Unfortunately, this makes factory visits impossible.
