At Atomic we’ve been big fans of the Winter X Games from the start. And the 2015 Games this week in Aspen is no exception.
Our Atomic athletes will be out in force of course. And we’re pleased to announce we’re also supporting this year’s event, with the whole X Games production crew fitted out with Atomic skiwear.

REDSTER ROCKS AS ATOMIC CLAIMS TWO VICTORIES IN ZAGREB

With his 15th Slalom world cup victory, Marcel Hirscher not only crowned himself the star of Zagreb for the third time in a row, but he also became the most successful slalom racer in Austrian skiing history. He put it down to his Redster skis – and the team’s ability to continually fine-tune the formidable Icon Series. Mikaela Shiffrin was also in winning form and back to racing in her own league after claiming victory ahead of teammate Kathrin Zettel.

TRAVIS RECORDS HIS FIRST DOWNHILL WIN. MIKAELA BREAKS ANOTHER RECORD

The last race weekend of 2014 was a successful one! in Santa Caterina, Travis Ganong recorded his first downhill victory. At Kühtai, Mikaela Shiffrin returned with her 10th career slalom win – more than any american skier in the discipline.

SKI CLASSICS: REDSTER MADE THE TEAM COOP STARS EVEN FASTER

SEASON KICK-OFF IN LIVIGNO. The race mode for the kick-off of the ski classics was new. But at the end, it was once again good quality that dominated: Team coop around the Swedish long distance athlete Oskar Svärd won the 15 km Prologue Classic in Livigno / Italy. The new Atomic Redster Classic setup contributed to the success.

REDSTER SPRINT STAR ON THE PODIUM: GREAT START FOR SONDRE FOSSLI

Cross-country kick-off. It was his first World Cup race as a team member of the norweigian cross-country national team. He made his debut in Ruka in Finland, where he underlined his announcement “I want to be the best in the world”, with a great performance. He took third place straight away.
